The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with CNA certification preferred, BLS and Safety Care within 6 months. Night shifts and full-time hours are available in a family-friendly hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or Bronze CRC.
• No minimum experience required; 1 year experience preferred.
• Current Arkansas CNA certification preferred.
• BLS required.
• Safety Care Certification required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct basic patient care, with timely notification to staff on patient status changes.
• Adhere to all standards of patient care and promote teamwork among coworkers.
• Collaborate with health care team to promote evidence-based care and a healing culture.
