Job summary

Baxter Health in Mountain Home, AR seeks a Float Patient Care Tech (PCT) to provide direct patient care across units, adapting to changing needs with a team-oriented approach.

No minimum experience is required; CRC is a plus, with BLS and Safety Care certifications due within six months.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct basic patient care, timely notification to appropriate staff on completion of patient care and for patient status changes on theassigned shift.
• Adhere to all standards of patient care and promoting a team effort among co-workers.
• Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (“CRC”) certificate. If interested in obtaining CRCregister as a Job Seeker at www.ARJobLink.Arkansas.gov .
• Experience: No minimum experience required. One (1) year experience preferred.
• Certifications: Current Arkansas nursing assistant certification Preferred. BLS required. Safety Care Certification required within six (6) months.
