Job summary

USPI Texas Orthopedics Surgery Center in Austin is seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Tech to join our team. The role provides direct patient care by assisting patients with changing linens, ambulation, and transport. Maintains a clean and orderly patient care environment.

Assists during patient examinations and procedures. Obtains and records patient vital signs, provides nutritional intake and reports results and observations. The schedule is weekdays only with no holidays, weekends, or on-call.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant or Patient Care Technician clinical training.
• Demonstrates necessary clinical competency.
