Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Obtain vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimen samples.
• Manage urinary catheter care and wound care as assigned.
• Participate in admissions, transfers and hourly rounding.
• Maintain a safe and organized clinical environment.
