Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with ability to read, write and follow instructions.
• Pay attention to patient safety and basic nursing procedures.
• Ability to document patient care accurately in EMR and communicate changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living.
• Record vital signs, I&O, and other measurements; monitor patient status.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges as needed.
• Support unit activities, restock supplies and maintain a clean environment.
