Job summary

Premier Health Partners' UVMC One Central unit is seeking a Patient Care Tech to join a collaborative team. You will work with nurses and doctors to provide personalized care, check vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and help with sample collection and reporting changes in patient condition.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and a BLS CPR certificate. No prior job experience is required, though STNA/CNA training is helpful. Orientation will include CPR training if needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check vital signs and report changes to a nurse.
• Assist patients with ADLs, mobility, dressing, and feeding.
• Collect samples such as urine as directed.
• Support nurses and doctors and document tasks accurately.
