Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to attend 2 weeks of training if no prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides, obtains or performs and documents direct patient care and activities such as activities of daily living, vital signs, ambulation, specimen collection, meal consumption, and more.
• Participates in quality and patient satisfaction initiatives with safety and cleanliness efforts.
• Documents vital signs, weights, I&O, restraints, and treatments; reports condition changes to nursing staff.
• Assists with unit activities such as supply stocking and equipment cleaning.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
