Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA, CMA, EMT, or nursing student with one semester of clinical completed required or preferred.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care activities under RN supervision, including monitoring vital signs and recording intake/output.
• Assists with ADLs such as bathing, grooming and eating.
• Reports abnormal findings to nursing staff.
• Keeps patient rooms clean and orderly and supports unit workflow.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff; prioritizes tasks during busy shifts.
