The role requires compassionate, discreet handling of information, solid English communication, and teamwork with nursing staff. Experience with EMR and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv; CNA experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and medical terminology knowledge.
• Strong communication and patient service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms for new admissions and orient patients.
• Transfer patients between beds with assistance.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, and weights.
• Collect and label specimens and send to lab.
• Maintain patient records and respond to call lights.
• Serve as liaison between patients, families and staff.
