Responsabilités

• Prepares rooms for new admissions and orients patients to rooms.
• Transfers patients with assistance.
• Ensures patient safety and proper lifting techniques.
• Documents intake, vital signs, and weights per policy.
• Collects and labels specimens for lab analysis.
• Notifies changes in patient status to staff promptly.
• Acts as liaison between patients, families, staff, and clinicians.
• Maintains accurate patient records and unit census.
• Responds to patient call lights and addresses needs.
• Maintains a clean, safe patient environment.
• Assists with activities of daily living as ordered.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
