Prestige Staffing seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to specialize in surgery scheduling and patient communication onsite in Buckhead and Decatur, GA. You will organize outpatient surgical appointments and serve as the main contact for patients and families throughout their care journey.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 3–5 years of patient care coordination experience, proficiency with Epic, and strong verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outpatient surgical appointments in a timely manner, ensuring all logistics are organized for patient convenience.
• Serve as the primary contact for patients and families, answering questions and providing support throughout their care journey.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to schedule follow-up visits, surgeries, and ancillary appointments.
• Address administrative or process issues to facilitate smooth patient access to care.
• Support front desk duties as needed to ensure seamless patient flow and service quality.
