Responsibilities

• Maintains institution and patient rooms in safe, clean, functional condition.
• Transports patients on stretchers or wheelchairs and transports specimens, equipment and belongings per procedures.
• Monitors unsafe conditions and initiates maintenance or repair requests.
• Keeps in-wall cabinet stock and initiates supply requisitions.
• Collects charts and test orders per procedures.
• Generates reports and performs other duties as assigned.
