MAX Surgical Specialty Management LLC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, in-person interactions, and registrations in a fast-paced dental setting.

The role requires a high school diploma with preference for an AS degree in healthcare and 1+ year of dental administration experience. Responsibilities include billing, scheduling, and maintaining accurate patient records, with opportunities across multiple offices in the Northeast.

Qualifikationen

• Greet patients and families professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain efficient patient flow during registration and scheduling.
• Answer calls promptly and relay messages accurately to the correct staff.
• Post self-pay charges, collect payments, and provide receipts.
• Reconcile billing slips with daily schedule.
• Update patient information including demographics, insurance and HIPAA forms.
• Schedule appointments per guidelines, using waitlists as needed.
• Communicate issues to the Team Lead/Manager promptly.
• Perform clerical duties: faxing, copying, scanning, filing, mailing.
• Be flexible to cover other locations and shifts as needed.
