HealthSource Chiropractic of Southwest Fort Worth is seeking an energetic Patient Care & Rehab Specialist to join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on guiding patients through corrective exercises, ensuring safety and adherence to doctor plans, and supporting clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with patients and teammates.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Attention to detail in documentation and patient care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through doctor-prescribed corrective exercises.
• Ensure exercises are performed safely and with proper technique.
• Follow each doctor’s treatment plan accurately and consistently.
• Help patients understand how exercises connect to their goals for care.
• Discuss patients’ values, progress and remaining goals.
• Progress patients through exercises according to the doctor’s plan.
• Communicate patient concerns and progress to doctors.
• Apply therapies such as spinal decompression and laser therapy.
• Complete movement screens and assist with orthotics measurements.
• Help manage patient flow and maintain a positive clinic experience.
• Complete assigned documentation accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do

Patient Care and Rehabilitation

• Guide patients through doctor-prescribed corrective exercises
• Ensure exercises are performed safely and with proper technique
• Follow each doctor’s treatment plan accurately and consistently
• Help patients understand how their exercises connect to their goals for care
• Discuss patients’ key values, progress, wins and remaining goals
• Progress patients through exercises according to the doctor’s plan
• Communicate patient concerns, changes and progress to the doctors
• Apply therapies such as spinal decompression and Class IV laser therapy
• Complete movement screens and assist with custom-orthotic measurements
• Help manage patient flow and maintain a smooth, positive clinic experience
• Complete assigned documentation accurately and on time

Patient Relationships and Clinic Growth

• Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their care
• Celebrate progress and keep patients engaged in their treatment plans
• Ask satisfied patients for referrals and online reviews
• Make appropriate product and service recommendations
• Help patients understand additional services that may support their goals
• Participate in clinic promotions, Demo Days and patient-appreciation activities

Marketing and Community Engagement

• Assist with social media and in-clinic marketing
• Help identify and coordinate community outreach opportunities
• Participate in health fairs, screenings, workshops and marketing events
• Represent HealthSource professionally in the clinic and community
• Help develop relationships that introduce new patients to the clinic

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time, on-site position
• Primarily Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays
• Occasional community and marketing events
• $20 per hour
