Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Columbia, TN to provide expert pharmaceutical care. You will interpret prescriptions, counsel patients, supervise technicians, and maintain records while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role supports leadership during the Pharmacist-In-Charge absence and requires collaboration with clinicians. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ($67–$75/h) with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, copays, 401k, and PTO, and promotes teamwork

Qualifications

• Knowledge of drugs, indications, dosing and safety considerations.
• Ability to communicate technical information to staff and patients.
• Familiarity with regulations for pharmaceutical disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill drug orders and counsel patients.
• Lead pharmacy staff in absence of manager and supervise technicians.
• Maintain accurate medication records and controlled substance inventories.
• Engage with physicians on prescription questions or irregularities.
• participate in inventory control and pricing, staff training and performance programs.
