Job summary

VytlOne in Columbia, TN is hiring a Full Time Staff Pharmacist for the Maury Health pharmacy. You’ll provide patient counseling, fill prescriptions, and support daily pharmacy operations on site.

The role requires a Pharmacist license in TN and a Pharm.D. or Bachelor’s degree. You’ll join a team focused on quality care, cost-effective therapies, and excellent customer service, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Pharm.D. and TN license.
• One-year pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill drug orders.
• Provide patient information and counseling.
• In absence of Pharmacist-In-Charge, act as alternate pharmacy leader.
• Contact physicians regarding prescriptions.
• Dispense prescriptions and prepare I.V. admixtures (if applicable).
• Monitor drug therapy for interactions and allergies.
• Maintain patients’ medication records.
