Mercy is seeking a Patient Care Assistant in Oklahoma City to support individualized patient care under the direction of an RN or LPN. The role requires teamwork, a willingness to learn, and compliance with safety standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma/GED, or CNA enrollment, and be prepared to complete a 90-day orientation and a 175-hour training program. A 50-pound lift may be required during shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, CNA/CPTC enrollment or in a healthcare career program.
• BLS certification within one month of hire.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk a full shift.
