Job summary

Mercy in Ardmore, OK is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support patients under RN or LPN supervision. The role focuses on individualized care and teamwork to promote wellness and comfort. • Education: High school diploma, GED, CNA/CPTC, or enrolled in a healthcare career program; and/or a co-worker of Mercy.
• Certification: BLS required within one month of hire; PCA competencies within 3 months.
• Experience: None required.
• Program: Mercy’s 175-hour training program completed within 90 days of hire.
