Job summary

SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital Midwest in Midwest City, OK, is seeking a Clinical Partner to assist with nursing care under supervision. The role supports patient care across Med/Surg with day shift, 36 hours per week, and provides opportunities in a fast-paced hospital setting.

As a CNA/UAP, you will collect data, assist with assessments, and ensure smooth patient flow while supporting the RN and care team. BLS certification is required; prior experience is not necessary.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved UAP program or enrollment in UAP upon hire.
• BLS HCP certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Ability to perform nursing care tasks under supervision and in collaboration with the health care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of nursing care services under supervision.
• Collect and document data for admissions, reassessments, and scheduling.
• Inform RN of changes in patient condition and educational needs.
• Stock supplies and maintain equipment; assist with clerical duties and patient records.

Education
