Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• 5 years leadership experience in acute care.
• Facilities and plant operations experience preferred.
• Experience with hospital space planning and large capital projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily administrative oversight of non-clinical and support departments (EVS, patient transport, supply chain, facilities maintenance).
• Develop and monitor operational budgets, track revenue margins, manage capital expenditures, and seek cost-saving efficiencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and healthcare standards (HIPAA/OSHA).
• Analyze performance data to streamline workflows and reduce patient wait times.
• Collaborate with hospital leaders, nursing directors, and medical staff to align daily activities with strategic goals.
• Oversee department managers, support recruitment and training, and monitor staffing plans.
