Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) is seeking a Client Services Technician to connect patients with resources and support care coordination. The role emphasizes patient access, appointment reminders, and responsive service within a clinic setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in a busy office, and BLS certification within 90 days. Strong communication, computer skills, and ability to handle confidential information are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Six (6) months working in a fast-paced office environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge and ability to use computer software and systems.
• Positive communication and working relationships with others.
• Reliability and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Completion of and above-satisfactory scores on all job interviews and background checks.
• Fingerprint clearance and other screenings as required.

Responsabilités

• Participate in daily huddles to identify patient care gaps and follow up as needed.
• Serve as EHR super user and train new team members on clinical and administrative software.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and health records maintenance.
• Empanel patients with a PCP and ensure appointments are scheduled with the assigned provider.
• Oversee provider capabilities documents and track patient panels for new patients.
• Access Health Information Exchange (HIE) to retrieve pertinent data for providers.
• Complete assigned special projects independently and resolve issues as they arise.
• Manage internal referrals and ensure timely scheduling and documentation.
• Ensure PPE is worn and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
