Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred.

• Experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Minimum associate level education preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of medical knowledge preferred.
• Dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patient experience and ensure patients receive necessary support and resources.
• Accompany patients to benefit renewal appointments to advocate for the patient and program.
• Visit patient homes and update patient care.
• Communicate information to patients, caregivers, and physicians.
• Understand HIPAA and maintain confidentiality.
• Display a warm and friendly attitude.
