Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Health Science preferred.
• MA certificate, CNA certification, EMT Basic or Phlebotomy certificate preferred.
• 0–1 year related work experience required.
• Basic computer skills; ability to navigate web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist during visits; manage patient flow and update medication/allergy lists.
• Enter orders in EHR and document tasks for billing.
• Perform clinical tasks: vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, immunizations (MA certified).
• Coordinate tests; verify insurance, referrals, and pre-certifications.
