Qualifications

• Strong customer service excellence expected.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience with EMR preferred (EPIC preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Assists providers in delivering world class care to patients.
• Provides high level of customer service to all patients.
• Rooms patient and prepares the patient for the provider visit.
• Takes vital signs and records into EMR.
• Records patient history and medications into EMR for visit.
• Obtains required consents and completes forms for visit types.
• Performs in-office testing and EKGs as needed.
• Assists with in-office procedures.
• Labels specimens per BHMG policy.
• Chaperones Providers as required.
• Administers vaccines and medications as ordered.
• Follows workflows for Transitional/Chronic Care Management and RPM.
• Monitors supplies and expiration dates.
• Monitors refrigerator temperatures.
• Triages and routes calls; assists with scheduling.
