Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams by taking vital signs and recording chief complaints.
• Assist clinicians with exams and minor procedures; document vitals and tests.
• Coordinate pre-certifications, referrals, authorizations, tests and scheduling.
• Provide clerical support and maintain medical records and billing info.
• Maintain clean, safe clinical environment and sterilize equipment.
• Order supplies and manage medication-related tasks as directed.
• Communicate with patients and staff; support team-oriented care.
• Complete onboarding activities and participate in simulation training as needed.
• Work under supervision of providers and coordinate with multiple departments.
