Responsibilities

• Greet patients in waiting areas and exam rooms as appropriate.
• Prepare patients for care, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Manage daily patient flow and liaise between providers and patients.
• Relay clinical messages to providers and patients.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared before/after procedures.
• Document patient charts with vitals, medications, allergies, and orders.
• Provide discharge and follow-up instructions and educational materials.
• Assist with administrative duties when not performing patient care.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and practice policies at all times.
