Responsibilities:

1. Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional care.
2. Ensure all staff are oriented and supported for successful job performance.
3. Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, and the medical community.
4. Assist with patient care activities to ensure safe and efficient delivery of care, adhering to standards and regulations.
5. Promote quality of care and safety, engage in problem resolution, and investigate complaints.
6. Provide staff in-services on regulatory issues, policies, and educational needs.

Position Details:

This is a full-time position, estimated 70% in-office and 30% in the field. 4+ years of RN practice preferred.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• One year of clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle or access to transportation.
