Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a clinical leader for hospice staff and as an Executive Administrator/Executive Director backup. You will drive regulatory compliance, ensure high-quality plans of care, and oversee financial and administrative processes within the agency.

The role requires Georgia RN licensure, CPR certification, and a strong commitment to patient outcomes in a team-driven environment. On-site hospice leadership opportunity in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure on hire.
• CPR certification on hire.

Responsibilities

• Registered Nurse who serves as a clinical leader for clinical staff in the hospice agency and acts as an alternate to the Executive Administrator/Executive Director when needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, up-to-date plans of care, and financial/administrative control of agency processes.
