We are seeking a Patient Care Manager.

Responsibilities

  1. Build relationships with patients by demonstrating compassion and connection
  2. Educate patients about Serenity’s treatment options
  3. Address questions and concerns about treatments
  4. Overcome objections to facilitate treatment scheduling
  5. Learn and be willing to take on other roles as needed

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma / GED
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills
  3. Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience
  4. Experience in roles such as orthopedic, dental, or vision office staff; caregiver for children with disabilities (autism, muscular dystrophy, etc.); professional tutoring; personal coaching; or high-end restaurant servers
