Job summary

Freedom-Health-Partners-LL in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a compassionate Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join as one of the first friendly voices our patients hear.

This fully remote position (Arizona residents only) offers a competitive base salary with monthly performance bonuses, health insurance, and paid time off. You will handle inbound calls, schedule consultations, guide patients through the process with empathy, and collaborate with our clinical team to reduce no-shows.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish; bilingual communication preferred.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling, medical reception, or patient coordination.
• Familiarity with eCW or GoHighLevel is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls and make outbound follow-up calls.
• Schedule consultations using our scheduling systems
• Guide patients through the scheduling process with empathy and professionalism.
• Build trust with patients who are often living with chronic pain.
• Help reduce no-shows by confirming appointments and keeping patients engaged.
• Work closely with our clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound patient calls and make outbound follow-up calls.
