Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• MA, EMT, CNA, LNA certificate or diploma; or at least 5 months of direct patient care experience in a clinical or research setting.
• Basic familiarity with computers; ability to navigate web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors; provide courteous service.
• Take complete information from patients and route to providers.
• Prepare schedules and documents per quality standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Perform check-in, registration, and verification of demographic and fiscal information.
• Assist providers with phlebotomy, EKGs, vital signs and lab tests.
