Qualifications

• Completion of nursing assistant program or equivalent experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Record vital signs, personal care, and ambulation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team on patient care.
• Document patient care in the chart.
• Assist with transport and equipment setup.
• Serve as Health Unit Coordinator for the unit.
• Maintain room cleanliness and keep supplies stocked.
• Communicate professionally with patients and colleagues.
