Mindfully Psychiatry in Fairfield, OH is seeking a Front Office Specialist to join our growing practice. This full-time role, Monday–Friday, supports providers and staff with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks.

The position includes performing basic clinical support and contributing to patient care in a collaborative office environment. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma (Medical Assistant background preferred), strong communication skills, and solid

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly, screen messages, and follow up on patient issues.
• Schedule patient appointments and procedures.
• Coordinate with staff and providers for smooth scheduling.
• Assist with OARRS reports, prior authorizations, and faxes/emails requests.
• Maintain confidentiality, attendance, and safety per policies.
• Support Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services as trained.
• Take vital signs and assist with other office duties as assigned.
