Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved medical assisting or related program.
• CMA/AMT/RMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assist in a variety of procedures.
• Greet patients, answer phones, and direct calls as appropriate.
• Register patients and schedule appointments; collect co-pays and deductibles.
• Verify insurance and record financial activity; process transactions on shift.
