Job summary

Longevity Medical Clinic PLLC in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no weekend shifts. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, and support the clinic with front-desk duties, delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Medical or healthcare experience is not required but a plus.
• Experience with accounts receivable or closing books is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; help them feel comfortable.
• Answer questions in person and over the phone professionally.
• Own the patient scheduling experience; coordinate appointments.
• Manage front-desk responsibilities and daily clinic operations.
• Provide warm, empathetic patient interactions to ensure a positive experience.
