Job Details: Level: Experienced, Job Location: Hudson, WI - Hudson, WI 54016, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Any, The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Supervisor is a working supervisor who assists the PCC Manager in overseeing daily department operations. This position provides leadership and support to PCC staff, coordinates provider scheduling, promotes efficient workflows and consistent departmental performance, and serves as a key communication resource. The PCC Supervisor also performs Patient Care Coordinator duties as needed to maintain workflow continuity, meet scheduling needs, and ensure excellent patient service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor all PCC work areas daily and provide support as needed
• Provide daily work direction and problem-solving support to the PCC team
• Oversee PCC staff scheduling and training
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and assist with staff recruitment
• Conduct PCC staff performance reviews
• Review and approve staff timecards
• Develop and maintain provider schedules and templates
• Monitor and track scheduling and pre-registration discrepancies
• Support PCC scheduling and pre-registration activities
• Provide input for the departmental budget
• Assist with the development of policies and procedures
• Coordinate and conduct monthly PCC staff meetings
• Participate in interdepartmental informational meetings
• Perform additional duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Subject to interruptions, imposed deadlines and frequent problem-solving activities

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetic devices that will enable these senses to function adequately

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION:

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Desired: Post-secondary education and/or training in a health care setting
