You will multitask across several computer programs to support front-office functions. As PCC-I, you will greet patients, schedule referrals, verify insurance, collect payments, and keep the front desk organized.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are required for Patient Care Coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls to patients.
• Monitor arrival rate and improve customer experience to optimize clinic flow.
• Manage schedules, document routing, deposits, and caseload reporting.
