Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Schedules referrals and patient visits from multiple channels.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Collects patient payments and maintains clean front desk workspace.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere; make welcome calls.
• Manage non-clinical documents and deposits; monitor insurance reporting.
• Attend required training and quarterly compliance.
