Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, coordinate appointments, and educate them on treatments, costs, and payment options. The role combines customer service with sales to support treatment uptake and patient satisfaction.

The PCC will maintain schedules, communicate clearly with patients and staff, ensure privacy and safety compliance, and may travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions
