Job summary

Neuhaus Foot and Ankle in Mount Juliet is seeking a patient-facing administrative professional to join our growing team. This full-time role runs 7:45am–4:45pm, Monday–Friday, supporting physicians and front desk tasks in a friendly clinic environment.

You'll greet patients, prepare them for exams, document histories, verify benefits for procedures and assist with administrative duties. Occasional travel to other clinics may be required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

• At least 1 year of full-time patient-facing experience or 2 years in a high-volume customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients from waiting room to treatment room.
• Document patient history and exams as dictated by the physician.
• Verify benefits for in-office procedures, DME and custom orthotics.
• Prepare lab work to be sent.
• Assist doctors and other team members as needed.
• Answer phones and follow up with patients during non-clinic time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
