Job summary

MD Now Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Medical Assistant to join our team. You will prepare patients, assist with examinations, and support physicians with injections, labs, and phlebotomy across assigned MD Now locations.

The role requires a Medical Assisting program graduate and BLS certification within 30 days of start. We value teamwork, compassionate patient care, and flexibility to float between clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program or approved equivalent.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start.
• Experience in a clinical patient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking histories and vital signs.
• Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment as needed.
• Administer injections and assist with lab testing and phlebotomy.
• Assist physicians with splints, dressings, and bandages.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and referrals.
