Job summary

The Dental Specialists Maple Grove Prosthodontics is actively seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience and guiding them through their specialty dental journey.

You will support appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing inquiries, and insurance benefits while collaborating with doctors and the team to deliver exceptional patient care across Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming experience for patients from check-in to departure.
  • Coordinate and manage patient schedules, confirmations and follow-ups.
  • Answer questions about appointments, billing and insurance benefits.
  • Verify insurance coverage and manage patient accounts.
  • Enter and maintain patient information accurately.
  • Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Use scheduling software to support daily activities.
  • Help resolve patient concerns to maintain a positive experience.

Dental experience is welcome but not required. We encourage candidates with proven backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, administration, or other service-focused industries to apply.

Wage range $24.00-$27.15 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visit
  • Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
  • Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management
  • Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records
  • Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care
  • Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations
  • Assist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience
