Job summary

Park Dental in Hermantown is seeking a friendly Patient Care Coordinator to be the first contact for patients, guiding them through their dental journey with warmth and organization. • Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
• Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management
• Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care
• Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations

Dental experience is welcome but not required. We encourage candidates with proven backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, administration, or other service-focused industries to apply.

Wage range $24.00-$27.15 per hour

This is a casual position with hours offered on an as-needed basis.
