Advanced MedAesthetic Partners in California Roseville is seeking a friendly patient coordinator to join Destination Aesthetics. You will greet patients, support providers by ensuring chart documentation is complete and patient flow is smooth, manage check-out, schedule appointments, and educate patients on services, rewards, and financing options.

• Greet and serve as the first point of contact for all patients.

• Manage check-out, collect payments, apply rewards, and review visit summaries.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls, and conduct patient outreach.
• Educate patients on services, promotions, rewards, and financing options.

Requirements & Experience:

• Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology practice, or similar experience in a client-facing, customer service focused role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
• Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
• Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
• Employees may be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
