Qualifications

• Must be able to perform registration and pre-registration functions to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Proficient typing and data entry for patient records and billing.
• Strong written and verbal communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Register and pre-register patients and ensure smooth transitions between services.
• Prepare pre-registration packets for procedures and collect required documents.
• Process co-pays and payments; update medical records and patient info.
• Answer phones, route calls, and support clinic operations during shifts.
• Conduct nightly closing procedures for the clinic and assist as needed.
