Manus Hyde Park is seeking a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our warm, tenured dental team. You’ll be the friendly front-desk presence, greet patients, answer calls, and manage schedules to keep daily flow smooth.

We're looking for 1+ year of dental front-desk experience, excellent customer service, and a patient-first mindset. You’ll keep records accurate, coordinate with clinicians, and help maintain a welcoming, organized practice.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face and voice of the practice—answering calls, welcoming patients, and managing schedules.
• Keep patient records accurate, up to date, and complete.
• Handle questions, concerns, and scheduling needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team to keep patient visits smooth and on time.
• Participate in team huddles and training—because we’re always learning and growing.
• Help maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized front desk area.
