Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming clinic atmosphere.
• Schedule patient visits and convert referrals into evaluations.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Collect patient payments and maintain front-office organization.
• Manage non-clinical documentation and deposits.
• Attend required training and maintain compliance.
