The ideal candidate communicates confidently with clients, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable discussing treatments and services in a consultative manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or patient-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to educate clients and support sales goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability 5 days per week with alternating Saturdays.

About the role

The Patient Care Coordinator is often the first and last impression a client has of our clinic. This role is responsible for creating a warm, professional, and positive experience for every client while supporting consultations, scheduling, follow-up, and patient education.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, confident communicating with clients, and comfortable discussing aesthetic treatments, products, and services in a consultative way. This role supports both the client experience and the growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Create a positive and professional experience for clients from arrival through checkout.
• Greet clients warmly and help them feel comfortable and supported.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providers, and team members.
• Support client consultations by listening to client goals and helping connect them with appropriate services.
• Educate clients on available treatments, procedures, products, and services.
• Support scheduling, follow-up, patient outreach, and retention efforts.

• Help the practice meet client experience, sales, and growth goals.
• Handle sensitive client and business information with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in aesthetics, med spa, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, medical office, hospitality, retail sales, or another patient-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable educating clients and supporting sales goals.
• Organized, dependable, and able to follow through on tasks.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 days per week/ every other Saturday availability required.

Compensation for this position is $18–$22 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and alignment with the needs of the role.
