Valparaiso Family Dentistry is seeking a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to shine at the front desk, welcome patients, and support daily operations.

You’ll keep records, coordinate with clinicians, handle scheduling with empathy, and participate in training to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dental experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence juggling a fast-paced schedule with a calm, can-do attitude.
• Detail-oriented with top-notch organization.
• A passion for creating a welcoming, patient-first experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face and voice of the practice—answering calls, welcoming patients, and managing schedules.
• Keep patient records accurate, up to date, and complete.
• Handle questions, concerns, and scheduling needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team to keep patient visits smooth and on time.
• Participate in team huddles and training—because we’re always learning and growing.
• Help maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized front desk area.

• Wednesday 07:30am to 06:00pm
• Thursday 07:30am to 06:00pm
• Friday 07:30am to 12:00pm
