Looking for a role where you'll actually do things on Day 1? As a small, high-end practice, everyone pitches in on the day-to-day — but this role goes well beyond the front desk.

Bissell Clinic is an elite, integrated wellness practice in Montecito, CA — and we're looking for a motivated, hands-on professional to join our clinical team as a Patient Care Coordinator. You'll get direct patient contact and experience with cutting-edge therapies: Emsculpt NEO, Emsella, shockwave therapy, spinal decompression, and more.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running daily clinical operations alongside experienced providers
• Delivering advanced therapies (Emsculpt NEO, Emsella, Emvital, Exomind, shockwave, spinal decompression)
• Preparing treatment environments and maintaining clinical standards
• Monitoring patient safety and comfort throughout sessions
• Coordinating care plans, scheduling, and patient follow‑up
• Handling EHR documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Managing front‑office touchpoints — scheduling, payments, patient communication
• Supporting patient retention and reactivation efforts
